Unwanted devices can be returned to us for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, as long as, the product is in its original unopened packaging. For goods bought online we will accept returns that have been opened as long, as they are unused, and all the packaging and accessories are returned. When purchasing E-liquids please make sure the nozzle cap is fully secure as we are unable to accept liability for any liquid that is lost from the cap not being secured.
We cannot accept the return of e-liquids or drip tips that have been opened or used in anyway due to health & safety and hygiene reasons.
